My husband I grade restaurants based on their salads. If they are stingy with protein or fresh produce, we talk about it. If they have a divine salad dressing, you better believe that I am googling it on the drive home to try and recreate it. Because we are self proclaimed salad connoisseurs, we have learned to take notes while dining out in order to make some pretty fab greens at home. I’m adding these fresh spring salads from our link party bloggers to my Salads Pinterest board. I bet my bloggy friends could teach some chefs a thing or two about salad greatness.
