What’s more fun than a Bachelorette party? Yeah I can’t think of anything either. When you are married with a small child like I am, spending time with girlfriends can be put on the back-burner far too often. Sometimes all you need to feel girly again in the midst of the diaper wars is a night out with your favorite ladies. Such a night came around for me last weekend when I hit the town to celebrate my friend Allison’s LBD (little black dress) themed Bachelorette party in Fort Worth. I was put in charge of party favors. Duh!
“So what goes with little black dresses?” I thought. Red nails, of course.
For the favors, I found a great deal on a variety of red nail polish and I picked up some EOS lip balm with red shells. Why balm and not red lipstick? Well, not everyone likes or looks good in red lipstick. I have yet to meet a girl who doesn’t like red nail polish, however, so I felt pretty safe buying that.
Next, I spent a couple of hours designing the perfect Bachelorette printable gift tags. The fonts, wording, and design had to be spot on. I’m excited to share it with you so that you and your ladies can ‘paint the town red’ too. Enjoy!
Here we are at Kendra Scott, my favorite jewelry designer. Have you heard about her Color Bar? It’s a great Bachelorette party activity.
