Chili Cheese Empanadas
1 Can Wolf Brand Chili (Hot, no beans)
1 Can Refrigerated Golden Corn or Buttermilk Biscuits
1.5 Cups Shredded Mexican Cheese
1. Separate biscuits.
2. Roll each biscuit flat using a rolling pin.
3. Spoon 2-4 spoonfuls of Wolf Brand Chili into the center of each round.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top of the chili.
5. Fold the dough over the filling; press edges with a fork to seal.
6. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
7. Bake at 350°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy! These freeze well and make perfect mid afternoon and after school snacks too.
