Hello, friends. As some of you already know from following me on instagram, I am nearly done with my very first round of Whole30, a diet of sorts that is similar to paleo where you avoid sugar, wheat, grains, beans, and dairy. It’s clean eating in the highest form. Basically, meat and veggies become your life, yo.
One thing I have learned on this regimen, is that experimenting with salad dressings is crucial. Sure, you can buy a Whole30 salad dressing from brands like Primal Kitchen, but the key to being successful on such a strict diet is variety. Trust me, the same two or three flavors of Whole30 salad dressing gets old quickly when you’re eating greens daily.
I’m happy to share one of my favorites with you today: Asian Ginger Whole30 Salad Dressing. If you’re looking for a new, robust flavor to top your daily greens with, this is it. I’ve got one week left on this round of Whole30 and I can’t wait to share my results with you!
