Pumpkin Mug Cake Recipe

Do you love pumpkin desserts but lack the time to bake them? If you’ve got 1 minute and a microwave handy, you can bake this delicious pumpkin mug cake.



  1. Heat up 1 tablespoon of butter in a mug for a few seconds to soften it (not melt it).
  2. Add in the remaining cake batter ingredients and stir until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients for the topping.
  4. Pinch the butter and mix everything together with your fingers.
  5. When the batter starts to get lumpy, simply pour it on top of the cake batter.
  6. Cook the cake in the microwave for about a minute and half but keep a close eye on it.
  7. Top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle if desired.
