Oh mango, you’re the perfect combination of tangy and sweet. You boost my immunity and you make my hair, skin, and nails glow! You cleanse my liver and you regulate my cholesterol and blood pressure. How could I not LOVE you? You’ve got enzymes and vitamins galore! I just want to blend you up and drink you all day, you magnificent fruit.
Now that I’ve publicly professed my love for mangos, let’s get on with The Look and Feel Magnificent Mango Smoothie recipe. But before we do, here’s a little tip from me to you. I do prefer to use almond milk in my smoothies but I don’t always have it on hand. However, I most definitely always have cow milk in the fridge (#toddlerlife). Since no one in my house has a dairy allergy, I often use milk and a handful of almonds in smoothies instead of running to the grocery store to buy almond milk.
